Flexibility and Convenience
When you join the illy a casa espresso membership program, you’ll receive your introductory kit including your machine, complimentary gift and machine cleaner. As a member, you agree to receive a minimum of 3 cans of illy every 4 weeks for 12 months (or, you can fulfill your commitment sooner by taking more than 3 cans every 4 weeks). Your initial charge will be the price of your introductory kit, plus the price of your first coffee shipment and any applicable shipping and handling and tax. Ground shipping is free on coffee orders over $75.

Subsequent coffee shipments will be charged to your credit card as they occur. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your machine, complimentary gift, and unused coffee within the first 30 days for a refund (less shipping & handling). If you cancel after the first 30 days before your coffee purchase commitment is met, you will be charged the difference between the price you paid for the introductory starter set and it’s full retail value.

As a member of the illy a casa espresso machine program, you’ll start by receiving your complimentary gift and your specially priced espresso machine. You’ll also begin receiving our members-only newsletter, special offers, and an annual thank-you gift. In addition, you’ll be able to change your coffee selections any time you want by calling customer care.

Note: Any order made outside your recurring delivery program will not count toward your membership.
